About Me:
I have been a service tech for 9 years with a major dealership. I may be new to being in business for myself, but I am not new to fixing spas. I was one of the top techs for one of the top service departments in the country for many years, and I have more than 10,000 successful repairs under my belt. I have factory certifications and training from Sundance/Jacuzzie and Watkins. I am fully insured and ready to fix your spa!
Cost is important
Travel fee: $25, Diagnostic fee: $50, labor: $75 per half hour + parts.
Note: you only pay the travel and diagnostic fee once per service. i.e. if I diagnose an issue and have to order a part, the “clock” stops until I return with said part. This way you are billed for labor as if I had the part on hand.
While most jobs are resolved in between 30 minutes to 1 hour, some jobs such as plumbing from freeze damage may take a long time. Some long jobs qualify for a special rate and this will be discussed with you in the quote phase.
